Jo French – Managing Director (Operations & Service)

Jo is responsible for the day to day to control of all Operations & Service teams, ensuring that the company structure, systems and service are well positioned to support the demands of the company and our clients.

Steven Clews – Finance & Compliance Director

Steven’s role as Finance Director ensures the smooth delivery of the company's financial management information.  Steven is also responsible for all regulatory and compliance matters; and has FSA responsibility for compliance apportionment and oversight.

Melanie Beaver – Director of Specialist Technical Support

Melanie is responsible for a number of client relationship projects. She oversees our highly trained technical support specialists to ensure our service delivery to all our connections and clients is second to none. In addition, a team of Relationship Managers ensures dedicated support for our connections and clients.
